Passion on Baking

Hey guys!

So basically my holiday has been all about figuring out stuff I didn’t really was much interested in –well until you’ve tried yourself. I had this idea that compared to cooking dishes, baking is rather harder to accomplish yet only satisfies your tummy for the craving of sweetness, nothing more. 

Until I began digging up recipe books that quickly shifted into baking guidelines. From that moment on, I tried making my first cupcake. 

The Strawberry Skittles Cupcake 

Until then after awhile I started again on making more cupcakes. with the purpose of fun really, but it turns out to be more on icing practices to finally achieve these two trays of cupcakes. 

It literally thought it would be my very last attempt, until I decided to go a little deeper aside of just plain vanilla cupcakes. 

Here are my Vanilla Blue Dream cupcakes. Okay. I lied. I am still using the base as vanilla *chuckles*  The most loved creation I've made so far. Because they include my favorite Fruity Loops cereals on top. 

Pink Lemon Ice cupcakes. Plain vanilla with Lemon extract icing adding some jelly cubes on top. Not the best in taste nor the icing decoration(mind me I didn't purchase any good tips just yet this time) 

This is when I started to get to another higher level.

By actually making cakes.

You might not see it clearly (everyone wanted to eat it so I didn't manage to take a decent picture of the cake) but I made this mirror glaze cake and alhamdulillah was a success. 

Decided to make another cake for my cousin on his birthday (wasn't planned, it was a coincidence haha) And tho it didn't look as much, but I'm happy to be able to also make them from scratch.
