I've spent the whole day deliberately unpacking my things I've brought from my college. It feels weird. Really. I mean, I've never, like, completely rearrange my attires and all as if I was never going anywhere anymore. 5 years I've been in boarding school. 5 years. Since I moved into this house I'm currently living 5 years ago, my room is full of stuff from my primary school days. The bears, stuffed beads in boxes, collection of key-chains, shells I took from every beach I went, Disney magazines, paintings, pink bags (oh I was so girlish back then). My pictures during primary school? Don't hope I'd like to show you one. Can you imagine when I was in year 4, my crush complemented me in class;
"Wow, you have clear brown eyes! I like that,"
"umm, thanks a lot,"
"You look like harry potter too,"
excuse me?
Yeah, you got it. I was a NERD. hahaha. Believe me, I was adorable before I was even in kindergarten. My mum told me I was so active I'd dance and sing in the middle of the street in DreamWorks when they had the Mickey Mouse soundtrack on. Hmm, just as soon I had to wear specs at such a young age, due to genetic factor, there, the 'nerdy Afrina' came. Okay, just a bit story during my old days. Right now, I'd just want to show some cartoons I used to watch.
"sometimes when you think you're too young of thinking stuff like marriage or etc, it's never wrong to have a flashback during your old days"
'Madeline' (1952)
It's a story of an orphanage French girl named Madeline enjoying the adventures of her everyday life.
The advantage is, it has a mix of french language in their conversation.
Believe me, neither do I am able to explain how I was able to know the meanings of the french language without any reference during the age of 4.
'Big Blue Bear in the Big Blue House' (1996)
The bear sings and dances a lot really. Before the episode ends, my fav part comes, where he'll sing with the moon.
" Rollie Pollie Ollie" (1998)
Oh god I miss watching this on Disney Channel so much. The cartoon that teaches me when you have chicken pox, you can eat as much ice-cream as you want.
"Banana's in Pyjama's" (1992)
"The New Adventures of Winnie The Pooh" (1988)
Though we'd still have him till today, the old fashioned cartoon still remains as a favorite.
Remember this fella? (1996)
" Dexter's Laboratory"
Everyone knows them alright.
"PowerPuff Girls" (1998)
the Adventures of Gummy Bears (1985)
" Art Attack" (1990)
If it wasn't for watching this, I wouldn't be making houses or a zoo using A4's now wouldn't I?
"Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" (1993)
(1997)
"Kim Possible" (2002)
"Totally Spies" (2001)
"Courage the cowardly dog" (1999)
there are still more to be honest but I guess this is enough. Gotta go~
Next entry would be about transgender. Insya-Allah.
This is a serious one I promise. Haha.
I feel so childish today.
